Morning:
Arrival & Intention Tea Ritual – Settle in with a warming herbal tea and choose your personal “seed word” to guide your day.
Cacao Ceremony & Vision Meditation – Open your heart, sip sacred cacao, and explore your intentions through guided meditation.
Late Morning:
Expressive Painting with Natural Inks – Create intuitive, symbolic artwork that reflects your inner landscape and your intentions for the year.
Lunch:
Nourishing Soup & Bread – A simple, mindful lunch to refresh your body and fuel your creativity.
Afternoon:
Ceramic Spirit Animal – Hand-build a clay sculpture of your spirit animal or guiding ally, embodying your intentions.
Creative Journaling – Integrate your experiences from the day with prompts, sketches, and reflections.
Closing Circle:
Share insights, artwork, and intentions in a supportive group setting.
Pottery Firing & Collection:
All ceramic pieces will be taken home by the facilitator to be fired.
Finished pieces will be available for collection from Worthing, or they can be posted for an additional £4.
