About the Retreat:

Step into the energy of Beltane and spend a day connecting with your inner goddess, creativity, and the natural world. Set in an ancient wooded hillside, this outdoor retreat blends ritual, expressive arts, and hands-on making, in a calm, supportive environment.

Through the day, you will:
✨️Begin with a cacao meditation, connecting with your inner goddess and grounding in the energy of Beltane
.
✨️Express yourself through body-led painting, letting movement and intuition guide your marks
.
✨️Take a mindful nature walk, sketching and journaling 
.
✨️Create a clay goddess talisman inspired by your meditation and the beautiful natural surroundings
.
✨️Close in circle, sharing reflections, intentions, and celebrating the day
.

Clay creations: After the retreat, I will take all clay creations home to dry, fire, glaze, and fire again. All this is included in the price. Finished pieces will be ready approximately 4 weeks later, either for collection in Worthing, or for an extra £4 postage (paid after the event) if you would like them posted out to you.

This day is open to all genders — everyone contains both feminine and masculine energies. It is for anyone seeking:

Practical Details:
🔹️The retreat is completely outdoors and takes place in all weather; please come prepared with layers and waterproof clothing.
.
🔹️In the case of heavy rain or strong winds, the facilitator may postpone the day for safety. In this event, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
.
🔹️The venue is a rustic, outdoor setting on a hillside. There will be some moderate walking on narrow paths — please wear suitable footwear and consider accessibility before booking.
.
🔹️All creative materials for the day,  firing, and glazing, are included in the price.
.
🔹️What to Bring: Packed lunch, comfortable, practical, clothing that you don't mind getting messy, (some of the materials we will be painting with may stain), weather appropriate layers, waterproofs, sturdy footwear, water bottle
.
🔹️Participants bring their own packed lunch and water bottle;  cacao and herbal tea, will be available and included in the price.

🔹️The venue is accessed by car (or bike). There's parking, and toilet facilities, available on site.

🔹️Maximum of 8-12 participants to keep the group intimate.
