Description:
Step into a small, intimate circle of women to reflect, share, and connect in a gentle, supportive space. As winter softens and the first hints of spring emerge, this circle invites you to pause, tune in, and notice the light stirring within you.

We will begin this first circle with a special cacao meditation, a sensory ritual to ground and open the heart (note: this is a one-off element for the inaugural gathering). Afterward, we will move into a short journalling exercise, giving space to reflect on your intentions, insights, or what you wish to nurture this season.

The sharing round follows, where each woman can speak from her heart in a safe, non-judgmental space. The circle will close with a ritual of intention, leaving you with a sense of clarity, calm, and renewed connection to yourself and the season.

This circle is perfect for women who wish to create space for self-reflection, pause from the busyness of life, and nurture a sense of inner growth. No prior experience with meditation, journalling, or spiritual practices is necessary.

What to bring:
